he Villa on the main floor offers a triple living room where there is a dining area with a 10-seater table and a TV corner consisting of 2 Le Courbousier LC2 sofas, a billiard area, a sofa area with large windows overlooking the mountains and the sea. From the dining area there is access to a covered veranda overlooking the mountains and the sea with an additional outdoor table for 10 people.
To the side of the living room there is a kitchen with central burners, dishwasher, column fridge-freezer, electric oven and microwave oven. A guest and visitor bathroom concludes the services of the main floor living area.
Also on the main floor with a filter area that separates the living area from the sleeping area there is a Master Suite with double bed, dedicated double sink bathroom, Finnish sauna and walk-in closet. An internal staircase leads to the pool ground floor.
On the ground floor of the swimming pool there are 3 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a single bedroom. There are air conditioners in 3 double bedrooms and 1 single. In a double bedroom there is a column fan for lovers of natural air conditioning.
In total the Villa offers 4 double bedrooms, one single bedroom, 5 bathrooms.
The ground floor is completed by a laundry area, a storage room and a cellar. From the rooms on the ground floor there is direct access to the swimming pool area where there are sun loungers for 8 people and a barbeque area.
Around the Villa there are large shaded spaces for the shelter of cars. The Villa has a service of plates, glasses, cutlery, tablecloths.
The rooms will be equipped with sheets, pillowcases, bedspreads. The bathrooms will have courtesy kit (shampoo and soap) and body, face and bidet towels.
The change is foreseen once a week or on request.
